01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lv18 or creating an account, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the lv18 platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who actively use the service.

lv18 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of lv18 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and use lv18, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. lv18 does not permit anyone under 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, and automated systems are not permitted to hold lv18 accounts.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from lv18 for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing wagers on lv18.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one lv18 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering with lv18, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your lv18 login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact lv18 support immediately.
• lv18 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
• Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. lv18 may request identity documents at any time.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

lv18 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Deposits are credited to your lv18 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. lv18 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Verified accounts receive priority withdrawal processing. Verification is a one-time process.
• lv18 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are active bonus wagering requirements on the account balance.
• lv18 does not charge fees on withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

lv18 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new lv18 players on their first deposit only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• lv18 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was claimed in error or as a result of a technical fault.
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting or coordinated wagering — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.
• Bonus expiry dates apply. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that pass their expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on lv18 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by lv18, its staff, or any player. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published in the game information section.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — including disconnections, server errors, or display issues — lv18 will resolve the situation based on the game's server-side records, which are considered the definitive record of all game activity. Client-side records such as screenshots are not accepted as evidence of game outcomes.

• Wagers placed cannot be cancelled once the game round has begun.
• lv18 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error or as a result of a system fault.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before wagering.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

07 Responsible Gaming

lv18 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available directly from your account settings.

If you feel that your gaming activity is becoming problematic, lv18 encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature or contact the support team to discuss your options. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent exclusion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on lv18. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one lv18 account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with lv18 games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit technical faults, errors, or vulnerabilities in the lv18 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using lv18 for any money laundering activity or any other illegal financial purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate lv18 transactions through your payment provider.

09 Privacy and Data

lv18 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering with lv18, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. The lv18 Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

• lv18 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data is stored securely using bank-grade encryption standards.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data lv18 holds about you.

10 Limitation of Liability

lv18 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While lv18 makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, lv18 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lv18's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• lv18 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these terms.
• lv18 is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings. Players are responsible for their own tax compliance.
• lv18 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

11 Account Termination

lv18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may also request the closure of their own lv18 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of these terms will not have their balances returned.
• lv18 will retain transaction records for closed accounts in accordance with its data retention policy.
• Players who have been permanently excluded cannot re-register under any circumstances.

12 Changes to Terms

lv18 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lv18 will notify registered players via the contact method on file. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using lv18 and request account closure before the updated terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
